Airgraph sent from the Middle East Theatre of war to a family back in the UK

Although Airgrams/Airgraphs had been in use since the thirties, it wasn't until 1940 that the British Government decided to use Airgraphs to cut down on the weight and bulk of transferring soldiers letters to back home.  The soldier was given a form to fill out with his letter this was then photographed onto microfiche and flown back to Blighty, were it was then printed onto photographic strips, cut into relevant letters and sent onto the recipient.
