Relic Government Building Plaque.

Section of Swastika approx 4.5 inches across made from thick aluminium.   Found during rebuilding and demolition work in Berlin in the 90's. 

Most probably the remains of an official buildings eagle plaque, removed and destroyed in 1945.

Nice and unusual find.
